Philosophy as a channel and becoming a free agent.

I have been reading around and meditating on some aspects of philosophy for a channel for blocked feelings and negative emotions.
I will begin with mathematical concepts which are abstract thought are objective and absolute and are 'a priori' which means they exist independent of our existence. As they are objective they transcend the world of biological flux and the physical world. This concept alone has helped me to develop insight and to rise above difficulties that I have with mental illness.
The philosophy of science might believe that during scientific discovery we go from the empirical, where there is objective experimental data from direct observation, to the subjective, where we conceptualise the information and put our own interpretation on to the results. Hence we go from the objective to the subjective.
Chinese mystic Chuang Tzu states that the Tao in Taoism is when the objective becomes subjective and the subjective becomes objective.
French philosopher Foucault believed that we should step back from the scientific discoveries over the centuries to objectify ourselves. He thought that the beliefs of a culture are historically conditioned. These historical constructs are determined by social rules and bring about social control.
With regards to inequality United Nations document UN2811 has an article that states that everyone has the right to security and liberty of person and self determination.
During the enlightenment it was the goal to replace superstition, tyranny and injustice with reason, tolerance and legal equality. Swiss thinker Jean – Jacques Rousseau spoke against moral decadence and inequality and in 1755 challenged enlightenment beliefs by arguing that social progress had helped to corrupt human nature.
